On this day last year (August 3, 2020), Andrei Svechnikov scored the first hattrick of his NHL career. 

Not only was this his first but it was also the first hatty in Carolina Hurricanes franchise history. The game was the 144th playoff game. Carolina would go on to win game two 4-1. Check out his goals below!
