Steelheads and Colts Emerge Victorious in Wednesday’s eCup Matchups (VIDEO)

Last night in the Memorial eCup first round, the Barrie Colts and Mississauga Steelheads won to advance in the tournament. 

Colts captain Luke Bignell took on Canadian gold medalist, Erin Ambrose. The Colts were down 2-1 to start the third period but Bignell would end up 7-2 with Nathan Allensen scoring the game-winner. 

Here is a look at the brackets for their, as well as the highlights from last night's two games. The Colts and Steelheads will meet in round two.
