TRADE: Colts Trade Ryan Suzuki to Spirit. #OHL

The Barrie Colts have traded Carolina Hurricanes' prospect to the Saginaw Spirit. Here is a look at the full trade.

Suzuki has played 150 games with the Colts scoring 44 goals and 98 assists. This season he has played in just 21 games having battled an eye injury. This season he has scored five goals and 18 assists.

Barrie drafted Suzuki first-overall at the 2017 OHL Draft. He came to barrie and put up 14 goals 30 assists as a rookie. At the 2019 NHL Draft, the Carolina Hurricanes selected Suzuki 28th overall and since has signed with the team.

Ethan Cardwell is an 02' forward who has played 37 games this season for Saginaw where he has 12 goals and nine assists. Connor Punnett has two assists through 25 games this year.
