Last night Barrie Colts rookie Ryan Del Monte scored his first career OHL goal in the Barrie Colts 8-5 win over Owen Sound.
Del Monte would go on to score another goal later in the game. Through 17 games this season, Del Monte now has a pair of goals and two assists. He has two goals and an assist in his last two games played. The rookie will look to extend his point streak to three games tomorrow night when the team hosts the Peterborough Petes.
