Tyler Tucker Suspended 6 Games to stat season. #OHL

The OHL announced yesterday that Barrie Colts defenceman Tyler Tucker has been suspended for 6 games to start off the regular season. The hit happened in the 1st period of the Colts game against the Owen Sound Attack in their pre-season game on September 4th.

Tucker will be eligible to return on October 6th when the Colts face the Sarnia Sting.

Also, the team will play the first 3 games of the season without Kyle Heitzner who is serving the last few games of a 12-game suspension for an incident on February 25th of last season. He will be eligible to return on September 29th when the Colts play the Sudbury Wolves.

Barrie will also be without F Kyle Heitzner for first 3 games of season. Heitzner is serving the remainder of last year's 12-GM suspension.
